My name is Jasen Lux Chambers, and today, I'm reaching out to you from Hamden, Connecticut, with a dream that's not just mine, but one that echoes the visionary spirit of Jimi Hendrix himself.Imagine a world where music isn't just heard but seen—a symphony of colors and emotions, where every note paints a vibrant stroke across the canvas of our minds. This is the world Jimi Hendrix envisioned, blending the grandeur of Strauss and Wagner with the raw energy of rock, transforming it into a breathtaking theater of sound and color.To bring this groundbreaking vision to life, I've been blessed with the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most talented musicians out there. Lester Estelle II, the phenomenal drummer from the Kelly Clarkson Show, is flying out from Oklahoma to join us. Steve Buslowe, whose bass lines powered the legendary Meat Loaf's performances, is right here from East Haven, ready to bring his magic to our project. And we're in talks with Wayne Escoffery, the brilliant Director of The Yale Jazz Ensembles, to add that jazz flair that bridges the gap between big band and combo styles, making our project truly unique.We're set to record at Firehouse 12, an incredible studio in New Haven known for its top-notch production quality.
